Responsibilities:

As a Local Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business from businesses based in the greater Phoenix area. We are seeking proven, quota-carrying sales professionals to help us grow our Phoenix area customer base. Responsibilities include generating new business and clients, as well as playing a key role in maintaining growth-orientated customer relationships. Additional activities include:

Effectively prospecting into local businesses on a consistent, daily basis

Lead qualification for all leads and sales opportunities
Up-selling and leveraging business from new and established customer relationships

Required Skills:

Sales activity planning and execution skills
Ability to successful prospect into and sell to local businesses based in the greater Phoenix area.
Passion and commitment for customer advertising/marketing success using social media technologies
Strong aptitude in learning about and speaking to local marketing options and best practices
Ability to sell and help maintain and grow customer relationships.
3+ years of local business outside-sales experience in the Phoenix market
A proven track record of driving and closing new business
Consistent overachievement of quota and past sales performance
Excellent time management skills in the field
Proven consultative sales skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise value proposition to prospective customers
Ability to maintain a high level of sales productivity and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and innovation-orientated environment

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
