Preventing Dogs From Overheating

prevent pets from overheating

As you know, we are entering the hottest season of the year. With record-breaking temperatures just around the corner, Maricopa Animal Care and Control is reaching out to the public and asking for help in order to keep the homeless pet population from overheating. They have compiled an Amazon Wishlist with items that would be beneficial to the animals in their shelter. Check out the link and watch the video for more information.

Adopt a Dog in Phoenix – Maricopa County Animal Care and Control

bom bom and missy

This week at Maricopa Animal Care and Control we met Bom Bom and Missy. The shelter believes they are mother and son because of the way they take care of each other. Bom Bom is four years old and Missy is seven years old. They were surrendered together and therefore the shelter hopes they will be adopted out together.
