Phoenix (STN) – Workforce development is about more than finding a job. It is about creating opportunities, building confidence, and helping people see new possibilities for their future.
That mission sits at the center of a long-standing partnership between Dress for Success Arizona and Bank of America.
Since 2017, Bank of America has invested nearly $600,000 in Dress for Success Arizona and its workforce development programs. The partnership recently celebrated the dedication of a career center designed to help clients build resumes, prepare for interviews, develop professional skills, and connect with employment opportunities.

“We’ve been able to invest almost $600,000 into Dress for Success and the future of the clients for Dress for Success,” said Bank of America Marketing Executive Mary Noor.
For Lori Goodspeed, the impact was life-changing.
As a single mother searching for direction, she turned to Dress for Success and enrolled in its workforce development programming.
“That moment of completing something that I started, it felt so good,” Goodspeed said. “It inspired me, but it also inspired my children.”
Leaders from both organizations say the partnership extends far beyond financial support. Bank of America employees regularly volunteer their time and expertise, helping clients prepare for the next step in their careers.
Together, the organizations are creating pathways to employment, economic mobility, and long-term success, demonstrating the impact that is possible when nonprofits and businesses invest in a shared mission.
