Education and workforce development also took center stage as Bank of America Phoenix President Scott Vanderpool and NAU’s Dr. Chad Gestson explored how new ideas, such as the State 48 Graduate Profile, aim to reshape Arizona’s education system to better prepare students for careers, service, and entrepreneurship.

One of the highlights of the evening featured Girl Scout Kennadi Gramlich and Girl Scouts Arizona Cactus-Pine Senior Director of Marketing and Communications Felicia Thompson. The pair discussed workforce and leadership development opportunities for young women.
